- Windharrow: Former band-mate of Mordekai in Regicide until he betrayed the band, stole their money, stole their songs, and joined the wind cult.

The air cult had infiltrated the gryffon-riders of feathergale spire, and during a night of hospitality the group was rudely awoken and betrayed when their hosts attempted to throw them off the spire to their deaths. Akkrakoka intervened and saved the day.
With aid from the Akkrakoa, feathergale spire was cleared of cultists and "frat boys." Many escaped with wing suits to their nearby cave-stronghold, where Windharrow is currently hiding. The party surmised this fortress is too well defended at the moment and will return later to deal with them.
Because of Windharrow and Mordekai's aborted infiltration attempt, the air cultists are aware of the party's efforts to stop them.
Due to Roland's ruse aboard the water cultists' pirate ship, the air cult has been falsely implicated as working with the water cult against the earth cult.
During the successful assault on the water cultists, Roland, Thonk, and Mordekai framed the wind cult for an attack on Rivergard Keep. They allowed a few water cultists to escape in order to deliver this news to Gar Shatterkeel.
